New RSI Awareness Day poster
|
Michelangelo’s famous statue of David is the latest icon for UFCW Canada’s ongoing campaign to highlight the dangers of Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSIs) in a poster to recognize RSI Awareness Day on February 28. The well-known marble carving is used to pinpoint some of the common areas for RSIs, and to emphasize that many areas of the body are particularly vulnerable to work-induced injuries. The tabloid size poster (279 x 432 mm, or 11” x 17”) is ideal for workplace posting to promote awareness of this issue. Copies of the poster, available in English and French, are being sent to all UFCW Canada local unions, and additional copies are available from the National Office on request. It can also be downloaded from the our website. |
