Global unions raise awareness on regulations against workplace violence and harassment
Toronto – June 30, 2021 – Unions around the world are celebrating new international labour rules protecting the right to a workplace free from violence and harassment by launching a new toolkit aimed at raising awareness of the regulations.


Los Angeles, California – June 25, 2021 – Activists from UFCW OUTreach, the United Food and Commercial Workers’ constituency group dedicated to building mutual support between UFCW and the LGBTQI2S community, recently participated in the live-streamed show, Labor’s Voice, to discuss LGBTQI2S workers’ rights in North America.
Toronto – April 29, 2021 – Along with allies from the Ontario Federation of Labour (OFL), Justice for Migrant Workers (J4MW), Migrant Workers Alliance, and Ryerson University, UFCW Canada will host a three-part series that explores the experiences of migrant agricultural workers in Ontario.

Toronto – February 16, 2021 – In partnership with the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation and the First Nations Child and Family Caring Society, UFCW Canada hosted a screening of the animated film "Spirit Bear and the Children Make History."
