Toronto – January 25, 2020 – Hundreds of thousands of Canadians across the country are celebrating the Lunar New Year – the Year of the Rat – by spending time with friends and family in numerous fun-filled activities to mark year 4718 on the lunar calendar.
Ottawa – January 11, 2020 – UFCW Canada activists recently participated in the Disability and Work in Canada Conference, held in Ottawa to coincide with the International Day of Persons with Disabilities.
Toronto – November 23, 2019 – UFCW Canada’s Human Rights, Equity, and Diversity Committee members recently participated in an environmental racism workshop hosted by union facilitators from the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC).
Montreal – November 12, 2019 – UFCW Canada was proud to participate in the Canadian Professional Association for Transgender Health (CPATH) bi-annual conference, held in Montreal from November 1 to 3.
Toronto – October 29, 2019 – UFCW Canada activists recently delivered a workshop on immigration, labour law, and workplace rights in collaboration with the Migrants Resource Center Canada (MRCC).
