U.S. National Labour Relations Board rejects Target petition to block first-ever unionization
New York City, New York – November 21, 2015 – The U.S. National Labour Relations Board (NLRB) has rejected an appeal by Target to invalidate a unionization vote by pharmacy workers at a Target store in the Brooklyn borough of New York City, New York.
