Workers must define the future of work
Toronto – August 30, 2018 – As in previous eras of technological change, the voice of workers continues to be vital in helping to define the future of work – to ensure that a generation from now Labour Day remains an annual celebration of the value of workers and a society that produces good, fair-paying jobs.


Toronto – August 27, 2018 – UFCW Canada activists join generations of working families across the country in celebrating the life of Bromley Armstrong, an outstanding trade unionist and civil rights leader who blazed a trail for the advancement of many important social justice issues. Brother Armstrong passed on August 17 in Toronto.
Moncton, N.B. – August 28, 2018 – UFCW Canada activists in New Brunswick recently joined thousands of families and community members in Moncton to take part in the 19th Annual Pride Parade. The parade capped off the city’s Pride Week.
