Toronto – May 15, 2017 – UFCW Canada activists from across the country participated in the 2017 Canadian Labour Congress (CLC) Convention, where nearly 4,000 unionists – including 105 UFCW Canada activists – gathered in Toronto from May 8 to 12 for the Congress’s triennial conference.
Toronto – May 13, 2017 – The International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia, and Biphobia (IDAHOT) is celebrated each year on May 17 as a day to speak out against LGBTQI2S discrimination.
Toronto – May 12, 2017 – UFCW Canada recently built on its long-standing legacy of community building and youth empowerment by donating much-needed musical instruments and equipment to the Toronto Jane and Finch community initiative known as PEACH.
