Montreal – December 8, 2015 – UFCW Canada Local 501 members at Demix Béton, a division of CRH Canada Group Inc., have ratified the tentative agreement reached between their bargaining committee and the employer.
Ottawa – December 10, 2015 – UFCW Canada and other civil society organizations, labour allies, community and business organizations, and faith-based groups have reaffirmed their united commitment to welcome and support the resettlement of Syrian refugees in their new home of Canada.
Toronto – December 9, 2015 – Across the country, UFCW Canada activists stepped up to raise awareness at December 6th Shoe Memorials to commemorate the National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women.
