Since the late 1800s, workers have come together in the final days of summer to celebrate our collective achievements, and to demonstrate our strength and solidarity by gathering at parades, picnics, and other fun-filled activities.
Vaudreuil, Que. – August 28, 2014 – Workers at the brand new Metro Plus grocery store in Vaudreuil, Quebec recently ratified their first collective agreement as members of UFCW Canada Local 500.
Harrison Hot Springs, B.C. – August 26, 2014 – UFCW Canada's acclaimed Youth Internship Program (YIP) has wrapped up for another season, as 15 UFCW youth activists recently gathered in Harrison Hot Springs, British Columbia.
