Toronto – December 22, 2021 – The COVID-19 pandemic continued to dominate our lives in 2021, but instead of complaining about a virus that seemingly refuses to go away, UFCW members rolled up their sleeves and showed courage and resolve on the front lines of Canada’s most important industries.
Hamilton, Ont. – December 20, 2021 – UFCW 175 & 633 recently welcomed drivers from the National Diabetes Trust, concluding their month-long campaign with a successful certification vote.
Rosemère, Que. – December 17, 2021 – UFCW 500 members at Réno-Dépôt Rosemère recently ratified a new collective agreement with increases to salaries and wages, in addition to improved job security and work-life balance provisions.
Toronto – December 16, 2021 – This year’s recipient of the UFCW Canada Equity Grant has been awarded to UFCW 175 & 633 union member dependent Janet Tang and will go toward supporting the work of Bridging the Generational Gap (BTGG).
