Vancouver, Toronto, Edmonton, and Montreal – December 16, 2019 – Across the country, UFCW Canada activists stepped up to raise awareness at various Shoe Memorials and events to commemorate the National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women.
Washington, D.C. – December 14, 2019 – Every year the UFCW Charity Foundation Scholarship program offers nine scholarships worth $8,000 each to UFCW members and their immediate family members to help with the costs of post-secondary education over a period of four years.
Toronto – December 13, 2019 – Each year on December 18, citizens around the world recognize International Migrants Day to honour the millions of migrants living across the globe.
