Toronto – December 2, 2019 – UFCW Canada activists from across Ontario led the way at the 15th Biennial Ontario Federation of Labour (OFL) Convention, involving more than 1,000 delegates and leaders representing hundreds of thousands of union members throughout the province.
Vancouver – November 30, 2019 – UFCW Canada Local 1518 has filed an application with the Labour Relations Board of BC to have Uber and Lyft drivers classified as employees.
