Toronto – April 8, 2019 – On April 9, UFCW Canada activists from across the country will join in observing Equal Pay Day – a day that represents how far into the next year a woman must work to earn the same amount made by a man in the previous year.
London and Windsor, Ontario – April 6, 2019 – Warehouse clerks at The Beer Store in London and Windsor have voted unanimously to ratify their second collective agreement as proud members of UFCW Canada Local 12R24.
Toronto – April 5, 2019 – Each year, the International Day of Pink is observed on the second Wednesday of April. For 2019, #DayOfPink takes place on April 10. As part of this global initiative, supporters wear pink to stand against bullying and discrimination.
