Four new units join union — Local 102

Hamilton, Ont. – May 26, 2014 – Workers at four different Southern Ontario companies are the newest members of UFCW Canada Local 102.

Recently, workers at Canada Computers, at Blue Knight Security, at E$s Logistics Canada, and at Toula Ristorante all voted overwhelmingly in favour of joining UFCW Canada Local 102 to achieve fair wages, benefits and a strong voice in their workplace.

Toula Ristorante is adjacent to the Toronto Westin Harbour Castle hotel. E$s Logistics Canada in Windsor, Ontario supplies energy conservation and consulting services. Blue Night Security provides security services through its two locations in Niagara Falls and Hamilton. The Canada Computers location in Mississauga sells computers and electronics. Bargaining for each of the four new bargaining units is expected to begin shortly.
