ShopUFCW web app launched

Toronto –  October 30, 2013 – UFCW Canada has just launched ShopUFCW —  a new web map resource to help you and other consumers find  grocery and retail stores, hotels, car rental agencies, nursing homes, credit unions, and other locations where UFCW Canada members work.

The new ShopUFCW application gives you maps, addresses and directions to thousands of UFCW Canada workplace locations across Canada, and is continually being updated. Tailor-made to work with smartphones and other mobile devices, it conveniently locates services and stores by category in your neighbourhood staffed by UFCW Canada members, and also points allies and other socially-conscious shoppers to UFCW unionized stores and service providers.

And you don't need to download an app to use it!  On your desktop or mobile device, just go to ufcw.ca and click on the "ShopUFCW" button, or directly to ufcw.ca/ShopUFCW.
