Scholarships and Grants: Application deadline September 30

Toronto – August 20, 2024 – Application deadlines for two of UFCW Canada’s key scholarships and grants are fast approaching!

The UFCW Canada BDM Scholarship annually awards a scholarship of $1,000 each to active members and their family members for post-secondary study. If you or your dependent are starting post-secondary studies in September, apply before September 30.

The UFCW Canada Equity Grant is a grant aimed at community initiatives, supporting newcomer programs, human rights initiatives and community action projects. This $1,000 grant is available to UFCW members and allies.  Learn more and see past winners here. Application deadline is September 30.
