UFCW Canada helps Uber delivery worker get reactivated

Toronto – March 22, 2024 – Ava R., a delivery worker on the Uber platform is back to earning after being reactivated thanks to assistance from UFCW Canada.Ava, whose been on the platform since 2020, returned after a short break to earn some additional income.

Upon her return to Uber, she encountered an unexpected setback when one of her vehicle’s documents was flagged by Uber’s systems, resulting in her swift deactivation from the platform.
