Winnipeg – May 4, 2023 – UFCW 832 members at Life’s Journey Inc. working in both office and frontline positions recently secured a new one-year collective agreement that improves wages, contract language and more.

“Our bargaining committee worked hard to get a new deal as this renewed short-term agreement will help resolve some of the outstanding issues these members are experiencing,” says UFCW 832 union negotiator Phil Kraychuk.

Over 600 members across both frontline and office positions will see increases retroactive to October 2022, new milestone bonuses, increased mileage rates and more.
