Food service members at Aramark Refreshments build a better life – UFCW 832

Winnipeg – April 10, 2023 – UFCW 832 members at Aramark Refreshments recently secured a new three-year collective agreement that improves wages, contract language, premiums and more.

Bargaining committee members focused on cleaning up contract language to make their collective agreement clearer and more accessible for members trying to understand their rights and responsibilities.

The new contract increases wages by upwards of 8.25 percent in three years while providing $500 signing bonuses, increasing lead hand premiums, shoe and mileage allowance, top-rate wages and adding the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation as a paid statutory date of observance.
