Retail members at Source Office Furniture ratify new contract

Vancouver – February 2, 2023 – UFCW 1518 members at the Source Office Furniture are celebrating a new contract after ratifying a collective agreement that improves wages, premiums, bereavement leave and more.

The new three-year contract increases wages at 2.5 percent in each year alongside an increase to the Forklift Trainer premium by .50 cents per hour and the First Aid premium by $10.00 per week.

Members will also see a $10.00 increase to their meal allowance, $50.00 annual increase to their safety footwear allowance and increased bereavement leave.
