Food processing members at Exceldor build a better life – UFCW 175 & 633

Hanover, Ont. – August 29, 2022 – UFCW 175 & 633 members at Exceldor recently ratified a new five-year collective agreement that substantially secures their livelihoods in the wake of surging costs of living.

Members will see a 20 percent increase to wages beginning with 10 percent in Year One, 2 percent in Year Two, 2 percent in Year Three, 2 percent in Year 4, and 4 percent in Year 5. Pension allotments have also been improved at $0.22 per hour, while language has been added to improve vacation entitlement and performance bonuses.
