Mental Health Matters: webCampus offers courses to help members in need

Toronto – April 7, 2021 – The latest data from public opinion agency Angus Reid points to growing concern among Canadians about a third wave of the COVID-19 outbreak.

When it came to describing their emotional state, only 57% of the respondents described their mental health as “good” or “very good," while many other Canadians reported struggling emotionally with the fatigue and stress of an extended pandemic season.

To assist members and their family in accessing tools to deal with the unprecedented stress the pandemic is having on mental health, UFCW Canada’s webCampus offers Mental Health Matters – an installment of online digital courses to help those in need.
