Toronto – September 16, 2020 – Each year on September 18, Canadians across the country celebrate National Cheeseburger Day by grilling up some delicious, cheesy burgers or visiting their favourite burger restaurant with friends and family.
 
Burgers are an extremely popular food item in Canada, as nearly half of Canadians  – 46 percent – eat burgers at least once a week, and 36 percent have a preferred restaurant they go to for burger occasions, according to Technomic.

Whether you like a classic cheeseburger, a double or triple patty cheeseburger, or a cheeseburger topped with all the fixings, National Cheeseburger Day is the ideal time to make a mouth-watering cheeseburger or two using UFCW-made burger patties, hamburger buns, cheeses, and toppings.
