Cheers to Molson-Coors members at UFCW 501 in Quebec for new union contract
Val-d’Or, Que. – August 20, 2018 – UFCW Local 501 members at Molson-Coors recently achieved a new union contract that will benefit 115 members and their families, as well as the local economies of three different communities in Quebec.
Working at Molson-Coors locations in Quebec City, Trois-Rivières and Val-d’Or, the Local 501 members will see a number of gains with their new UFCW contract, including:

Annual wage increases between 1 and 1.5 percent for members at the end rate on the wage scale

$1,000 signing bonus

$500 lump sum payment in the second year of the deal

Increase to the defined-contribution pension plan for the optional portion of employees at level 7

$250 per year of eligibility for putting money into a RRSP

$55 premium for night stays away from home

Increase to the boot allowance
