UFCW Canada meets with Secretary of State for Labour to address affordability and trade challenges

Toronto – April 3, 2026 – UFCW Canada officials recently welcomed Secretary of State for Labour John Zerucelli to the union’s national office in Toronto for a productive discussion on the economic challenges facing workers across the country. The meeting focused on issues impacting all Canadians, including tariffs, affordability, and the importance of ensuring workers have a meaningful voice in decision-making.
