Repentigny, Que. – April 7, 2026 — The United Food and Commercial Workers Local 1991-P announces the signing of the first collective agreement for union members at Buropro Citation Inc. in Drummondville.
Burnaby, B.C. – April 6, 2026 – Workers at Neighbourly Pharmacy’s Central Fill facility in Burnaby have voted overwhelmingly in favour of unionization, making them the newest group of workers to join UFCW Local 247.
Toronto – April 3, 2026 – UFCW Canada officials recently welcomed Secretary of State for Labour John Zerucelli to the union’s national office in Toronto for a productive discussion on the economic challenges facing workers across the country. The meeting focused on issues impacting all Canadians, including tariffs, affordability, and the importance of ensuring workers have a meaningful voice in decision-making.
