Quebec City – December 13, 2012 – Dozens of horse carriage drivers, caretakers, and maintenance workers at the Carriages of New France (Les Calèches de la Nouvelle-France) in Quebec City, Quebec recently joined UFCW Canada Local 503 after a majority of workers signed union membership cards.

Montreal – December 12, 2012 – UFCW Canada members and staff recently joined hundreds of participants in the 7th Annual Light the Night Walk at Jean-Drapeau Park in Montreal, Quebec. This was the fifth time that UFCW Canada activists participated in the Quebec walk and together they raised $210,000 for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada (LLSC).
Winnipeg – December 11, 2012 – The 2012 Phase Two of the Youth Internship Program (YIP) recently concluded in Winnipeg, Manitoba. YIP is UFCW Canada's well program for developing youth leadership and empowering young member activists in their union and communities.
