Poultry workers at Sofina Foods ratify new contract – UFCW 832

Winnipeg – April 16, 2026 – UFCW 832 members working at Sofina Foods Inc. have voted in favour of ratifying their new, three-year collective bargaining agreement (CBA).

The new agreement will bring in significant improvements, including wages wage increases, improved vacation flexibility, increased premiums, a maintenance wage review, classification changes, and more.
