Workers at Cargill London and Ingersoll ratify new agreement – UFCW 175 & 633
London, Ont. – December 1, 2025 – Food processing workers at the Cargill London and Cargill Ingersoll poultry processing facilities have ratified a new five-year agreement, with yearly wage increases and improvements to benefits and language.
Highlights of the new agreement include wage increases, dental benefits improvements, paramedical benefit improvements, increased footwear allowance, improved bereavement language, and more.
