Minute Maid beverage workers ratify new contract – UFCW 175
Peterborough, Ont. – October 24, 2025 – UFCW 175 members working at the Minute Maid Company Canada Inc. in Peterborough have recently ratified a new four-year agreement.
Wages for members will increase 10.5% over the term of the collective agreement, with increases to night shift premiums, on-call pay and signing bonuses. Additional highlights to the contract includes share matching, parental leave top ups, improved sick days, improved benefits, and more.
