Micro-credential: Mental Health at Work Specialist
Mental Health at Work Specialist is a focused micro-credential that equips workers with the knowledge to support psychologically healthy and safe workplaces based on CSA Standards. Participants will choose and complete three of four engaging courses, each exploring a key aspect of mental health at work.
Topics include fostering respectful and engaged workplace communities; cultivating healthy thinking to navigate challenges; understanding the elements of effective workplaces that benefit both employees and organizations; and embracing vitality for balanced growth and development.
