Members at Toronto Pearson build better life – UFCW 1006A

Toronto – February 7, 2025 – UFCW members at Toronto Pearson International Airport have ratified two new contracts.
UFCW 1006A members SSP Canada at Toronto Pearson have ratified a new union contract; the new contract is a four-year contract and covers 436 members. Highlights of the new collective agreement include a 16 percent wage increases, increased dental and optical coverage, additional sick pay, and more.
Also at Toronto Pearson airport, the UFCW 1006A members in Compass Group, who work in Maple Leaf Lounges, have ratified a new three-year contract covering 180 members. Highlights include wage increases, improved RRSP language, improvement to dental and medical coverage, and more.
