Toronto – February 19, 2016 – UFCW Canada's groundbreaking online education program, webCampus, is launching a new course for the month of March.

The free online course is being offered in English from February 29 to March 25, and is available to all UFCW Canada members and their families, as well as our community partners.

The new course is described as follows:

Globally Harmonized System – English only

Before the Globally Harmonized System was created and implemented, there were many different regulations on hazard classification around the world. While those systems may have been similar in content and approach, they resulted in multiple standards, classifications, and labels for the same hazard. This course will teach you everything you need to know about the Globally Harmonized System for hazard classification.
