The election race is on!
Canadians will go to the polls on May 2 to choose a new government.
The question is will it be a new government or more of the same?

As Canadians appear to be headed to the polls early in May, perhaps now is the time to reflect on this Parliament, Canada’s 40th Parliament, and determine what needs to be done to prevent a repeat in the 41st Parliament.
It has been hard to keep up with all the Harper Conservative scandals these days. We have seen “in and out “schemes, ministers doctoring documents, ministers’ offices being used for partisan fundraising, Harper refusing to provide parliament with the cost of his jets, prisons and corporate tax cuts and the latest scandal where one of Harper’s former top advisors is selling his connections to the PM.
Elections Canada has now laid charges against the Conservative party and four of its top campaign officials and fundraisers – including two current Conservative Senators.
