UFCW Canada Indigenous Sub-Committee

The UFCW Canada Indigenous Sub-Committee is dedicated to building mutual support between Indigenous and non-Indigenous workers across the country. We are committed to fighting for Indigenous justice in the communities we serve and society at large. Working within UFCW Canada’s established reconciliation framework, the UFCW Canada Indigenous sub-committee is committed to building awareness of Indigenous rights and history.

Our committee actively advocates for policy changes in all forms of government to advance equity measures for Indigenous workers throughout the country and supports the work of other like-minded social justice organizations.
