VINCI Park at Harbour Castle workers achieve new contract – UFCW 102 Toronto – August 26, 2015 – UFCW Canada Local 102 members working at VINCI Park at the Westin Harbour Castle hotel in downtown Toronto have ratified a new collective agreement.

The VINCI Park members operate and maintain the hotel's parking facilities, including over 260 valet parking spaces.

The new two-and-a-half-year contract provides numerous gains to members, including wage increases of 7 percent, a $250 contract signing bonus, paid sick days, and bereavement pay.

As part of the new contract, members will also receive additional statutory holidays, paid breaks, improved vacation schedules, and uniforms paid for by the employer.

"The members at Vinci Park bargained an excellent contract, one that achieves many gains," says UFCW Local 102 President Dominic Musitano. "The bargaining committee demonstrated outstanding work throughout the negotiating process and set a precedent for future contracts," Brother Musitano adds.
