The election race is on!

Canadians will go to the polls on May 2 to choose a new government.

The question is will it be a new government or more of the same?

The previous government was found in contempt of Parliament having little respect for democratic process.  It was also a government that believed the road to economic recovery is paved through corporate tax cuts even through the number of unemployed Canadians has increased by more than 350,000 since the great recession started in 2008.

Or will the new government be one that believes in getting people back to work, ensure our seniors will be able to retire in dignity, bring about a universal and affordable childcare plan and protect our health care system.

On May 2, voters must decide if they want a government that will put corporations before Canadians or a government that will put Canadians before corporations.
