New IWD poster

A new International Women’s Day poster is now available for free download at ufcw.ca/women.

Developed by the UFCW Canada National Women’s Advisory Committee, the new IWD poster features an illustration of Mother Nature and is available in both French and English. Celebrated every March 8, the commemoration of International Women’s Day is a century old tradition dedicated to acknowledging the economic, political and social achievements of women.

In addition to sharing the new IWD poster with friends and coworkers, activists can commemorate International Women’s Day by using the new image as their profile picture in social networks like Facebook and Twitter.
