UFCW Canada Maternity, Paternity & Parental Leave Benefit Guide

The UFCW Canada Maternity, Paternity & Parental Leave Benefits Guide is a new resource for UFCW Canada members to help them know their rights and entitlements as workers and new parents. The guide is an easy-to-use tool that was developed by the members of the UFCW Canada National Women’s Advisory Committee, whose mission is to focus on issues and challenges primarily concerning working women and their families. Finding a balance between the workplace and the home is one of those difficulties, and the purpose of this guide is to assist members who are facing and experiencing that challenge.
